MAIRE, HERMAN AND GRACE (SEXTON)

Herman Casper is the youngest son of Otto
and Emma (Smith) Maire from Germany.
Both Otto and Emma were born in Germany.
Herman was born March 22, 1903 in Blue
Hill, Nebr. They moved to Mullen in 1906.
He attcnded the Blevins school south of
Mullen then worked on a ranch.

Herman married Grace Sexton July 18,
1921 in Mullen, Nebr. at the home of Judge
W.H. Bowers. Grace was born Aug. 30, 1899
at Abilene, Kansas, daughter of Elick and
Florence (Guest) Sexton. Her parents moved
here from Abilene, Kansas 1912, lived south-
west of Mullen, Nebr.

Grace took out a Kincaid in 1921, and then
married Herman and lived on this place
awhile. Herman passed away July 24, 1963.

To this union six children Eunice, Ruby,
Goldie, Alice born Oct. 28, 1930, passed away
the same year, Roy and Fred.

Eunice married Lorel Ritenour May 8,
1940. They have four children, Carl, Jim,
Patricia and Dixie. They reside at Center,
Nebr.

Ruby married Tom Davidson Dec. 25,
1946. They have four children, David, Larry,
Terry and Debbie. They reside at Center,
Nebr.

Goldie married Paul Little 1953. They have
three sons, Gary, Alan and Tony. They live
in Mullen, Nebr.

Roy married Rita King Dec. 18, 1955. They
adopted two children Shelly and Troy. They
are divorced. Roy resides at Denver, Colo.

Fred married Gladith Capellan June 13,
1953. They have four daughters, Kathy, Risa,
Freda and Lori. They reside in North Platte,
Nebr.

Grace still resides at the ranch southwest
of Mullen, Nebr.
