LITTLE ELLE HOOK

A tragedy that happened years ago in
southeast Hooker County was of Little Ella
Hook accidentally falling into the ranch well
of the home. Neighbors and the family dug
feverishly for a number of days to rescue her.

On the fourth day they finally reached
little Ella but sadly and not surprisely she
had perished.
